BBC Kids http://www.bbckids.ca issued a press release Tuesday on their acquisition of the Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy stories to air on the station this fall. Broadcast dates are in the BBC Kids section of the column. As has typically been the case for the last 20 years for North American broadcasters, The Mark of the Rani (4th Sixth Doctor story) and The Two Doctors (5th Sixth Doctor story) will air in the reverse order.
"As before, I wanted to pass on some exciting information - BBC Kids has acquired the The Sixth Doctor (Colin Baker) & The Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) stories!
"Canadian fans of the classic Doctor Who can watch the program this fall On BBC Kids, with two episodes every Monday through Friday at 12AM, repeating at 5AM ET. BBC Kids also airs complete stories every Saturday and Sunday at 2AM ET.
"On Saturday, October 8 at 2AM ET on BBC Kids, Canadian viewers will be able to watch The Caves of Androzani - closing out the life of the Fifth Doctor as he regenerates into Colin Baker's bombastic Sixth Doctor.
"Then, beginning Sunday, October 9 at 2AM with `The Twin Dilemma',
and continuing each Saturday and Sunday thereafter, viewers can
watch the Sixth Doctor's stories continuing through to the
conclusion of the epic `The Trial of a Timelord'.
"Beginning Sunday, November 13th at 2AM, and after a terrifying trip
through the vortex, the Sylvester McCoy era begins with `Time and
the Rani', with the Seventh Doctor's adventures continuing
thereafter. ...
"As with previous purchases of `Doctor Who', some stories from these
eras are unavailable:
-Revelation of the Daleks
-Remembrance of the Daleks
"Fans of the Third Doctor (Jon Pertwee) serials should note that
this era will begin transmitting on weekdays with "Spearhead From
Space" beginning on Thursday, September 22 at both 12:00 midnight
and 5:00AM, and continuing thereafter.

As a result of the CBC http://www.cbc.ca/television , most of their
website is still down and their broadcast schedule is disrupted -
Doctor Who is still airing at its scheduled time. One interesting
side effect - the closing credits are not being squished to put in
ads for more shows. You can see/hear the full credits.
The link to Doctor Who: Podshock had a typo last week - it should be
http://www.gallifreyanembassy.org/portal . A second episode went up
last week - this one appears to be available as a podcast only.
The BBC Press Office http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice and C21 Media
http://www.c21media.net often announce when a Doctor Who
international sale occurs. Worth keeping an eye on, just in case.
